The first step in the acquisition of wisdom is silence,
the second is listening,
the third is memory,
the fourth practice,
the fifth teaching others.
Solomon Ibn Gabriol
So stop talking, start listening to the right people, remember what you heard, act on it, and finally be a teacher.
The old adage is that
those who can, do and those who can’t, teach.
Perhaps, instead, it should be:
those who can, do and those who HAVE, teach!
Learn from those who have done it.
Learn to be wise, and remember that part of wisdom is sharing!
