I guess we all know this is true – we don’t lose weight by eating 1 healthy meal a week, or get fit by exercising once a month – but as with many things, we know to be true, it sounds really easy, but in fact it’s the exact opposite.
We need self control, discipline, will power. Call it what you like, but we need it.
