One of the most straightforward is to use To Do lists, and tick off things as you complete them. This means that you don’t waste time wondering what to do next, but it’s important to stay focused. Don’t go off at tangents and start to do things that are not on the list.
If they need to be done, add them to tomorrow’s list!
Prioritization is also critical. when you write your list, make sure you are clear about what MUST be done today.
